Shelby y Lorena son nuestras auxiliares de conversación para el curso 2021/22. A continuación os dejamos una presentación elaborada por ellas mismas en inglés y en español:

Lorena

My name is Lorena and I am very excited to come to Isbilya as a new language assistant! I am from Wisconsin, but have been living in New York City.  I work backstage in theaters and I also love teaching music.  I play the double bass.  I am excited to teach English and learn more Spanish!

Mi nombre es Lorena y me siento muy emocionada por tener la oportunidad de participar como un asistente de ingles a Isbilya.  Nací en Wisconsin pero he vivido en Nueve York.  Yo trabajo en el escenario en teatros ocupandome del vestuario tanto in NYC y en las giras por todo mundo.  Me encanta tambien enseñar musica.  Yo soy una bajista.  Estoy emocionada por enseñar ingles y aprender más español.

Hi my name is Shelby, and I am one of the new language assistants at IES Isbilya. I am from Washington, D.C. I studied abroad in Sevilla in 2018, and I had to come back! I have now lived in Sevilla for a year. Sevilla is so beautiful and the food is amazing! I love swimming, fashion, and traveling. 

I am so excited to be here this year and get to know you all! I am a native English speaker, but I am also learning Spanish. Feel free to talk with me any time!
